We're here....

We have arrived in Biloxi also known as Gulf Springs. We are still waiting on Gena and Lonnie and Bonnie to arrive, the last three to arrive.
Gretchen, Katherine, and Maureen took the Greyhound bus from New Orleans to Biloxi, which was actually a nice short ride, about 2 half hours to get here.
We had lunch and then took a nice walk down to the gulf, there wasn't much to see as there is so much humidity and fog.
Where we are staying at Camp Victor is actually in the middle of a nice small town where there are many cute shops.
We have an orientation meeting tonight at 5pm and dinner at 6pm for spaghetti.
We are told that there are about 50 other college students staying here at Camp Victor all in connection to Habitat for Humanity.
We here is is rather cold up north, here it is about 60-ish degrees.
We off to our first day of building tomorrow and I think we are all looking forward to getting started.
More later...Chris Kirchoff
